FSO statistics for home care — from the figures you already bill
Every home-care organisation delivers figures to the Confederation, the canton and the association each year. In most outfits that means: weeks before the deadline someone starts building a spreadsheet from lists, rotas and invoices. Yet most of those figures have long been in the invoices you submitted all year.

What CuraSovo fills in for you
You upload the billing files for the survey year — the export from your upstream system, by drag and drop, XML or ZIP. That produces:
- Service hours by type, broken down into assessment, advice and coordination, examination and treatment, and basic care
- Clients, counted once, by age group and sex
- Service hours over the year
- Revenue by payer
- Average hours per client
As an Excel file or as a PDF report.

- Chapter A — General information: automatically from your master data and invoices
- Chapter B — Staff: for you to complete. Headcount, full-time equivalents and training structure cannot be derived from an invoice, and we do not pretend they can.

So you always see what is still missing — instead of noticing at the end.
Evidence of residual-cost financing
Municipalities and cantons check your residual-cost account. ULTRA reports include a ready template: revenue per act per year, at a click, as a table and chart. Further reports you assemble yourselves by drag and drop — by period, payer, treatment reason, recipient type or service type.
And the data stay where they belong
The files for the statistics are evaluated exclusively in memory and deleted after the report is generated — they do not land in the invoice database. That is exactly why you upload them again once a year: because all year we only store what the books need.
The effort is modest: annual export from the upstream system, drag and drop, done.
