Contacts in the right language
CuraSovo creates new contacts automatically — with the correspondence language from the postcode. Clients in French-speaking Switzerland get their mail in French, in Ticino in Italian, without you marking anything. If a postcode is multilingual, we deliberately set no language and leave your bexio default — better nothing than a guess. We never touch existing contacts.
Revenue accounts by law
KVG, UVG, IVG or MVG – if you like, revenue is posted to individually defined revenue accounts. Useful for separate revenues too – see accounting for APNs (care and consulting).
Contact tags
Patient, provider or insurer – every contact cleanly tagged.
Reminders in the right language
bexio creates reminders at a click or fully automatically — but the recipient’s language has to be stored. CuraSovo creates new contacts with the right correspondence language. An open patient share in Bulle is then reminded in French, in Ticino in Italian. Without you having to think of it.
Live status and reminder level
Open, overdue, partial and paid items come live from bexio — CuraSovo stores no payment statuses, so you always see the current state. For overdue invoices we also show the reminder level and the new due date. If a due date in bexio differs from the original, we mark it in colour.

CuraSovo creates contacts, posts invoices to the revenue account you choose and stores the receipt link. Nothing more. No status changes, no cancellations, no reminders, and we never alter existing contacts. Your books stay yours.
Reports that protect individuals
In the reports, age and sex can only be analysed once there is enough data that no one person can be identified. If you narrow the set again, for example with an age filter, CuraSovo locks both attributes automatically. Protection that thinks along — not a rule you can work around.
Your data stays in Switzerland — and in the same data centre
CuraSovo runs at Infomaniak in Geneva. The AI assistant works there too. Your data therefore leaves neither the country nor the data centre. Infomaniak is a Swiss company and is subject neither to the US CLOUD Act nor to European access rights.

CuraSovo stores no treatment data. Not how often or how long someone was visited, not the services provided, nothing that would allow a conclusion about an illness. Only what billing and allocation need is stored — encrypted, on Swiss servers.
Your files are processed in memory: up to 500 MB entirely, with no detour via disk. Larger packs are written briefly to the server to unpack, then deleted immediately after reading.
We also do not keep a copy of the original invoice and do not pass it to bexio. Instead we store a link that opens the receipt directly in your care software. The receipt stays where it belongs.
